Terms of Service

These terms apply to AI Image Combiner and its image tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy explain related handling of information and payments. Questions can be sent to support@ai-image-combiner.com.

Accounts and free access

You can try your first generation with one free Credit without signing up. A new account receives another one-time Credit after verification. These gifts do not reset daily and do not expire. Sign in to continue after using the guest trial; additional generation requires enough Credits.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not create accounts or manipulate guest identities to abuse free offers.

Generation and Credit costs

Each output image uses 1 Credit at Standard or 1K, 2 Credits at 2K, or 3 Credits at 4K. Combining two to five source images does not multiply that cost. Both active paid access and enough Credits are required for 2K and 4K output. GPT Image 1.5 uses Standard size; GPT Image 2.5 and Nano Banana 2.1 offer 1K, 2K and 4K. Free access supports Standard or 1K output.

Editing prompt text or browsing templates does not use Credits. Generating a new result, including an edited version of an earlier image, uses Credits. Failed or rejected generations automatically return the Credits charged for that attempt. A successful generation still uses Credits even if you dislike the result. AI output can vary and is not guaranteed to reproduce every detail exactly.

There is no additional download charge or watermark on free or paid results.

Subscriptions and credit packs

Current prices, Credit amounts and billing options are shown on Pricing. Prices are in USD; we bear applicable sales taxes rather than adding them to the advertised price at checkout.

• Monthly subscriptions: billed each month, with the plan's monthly Credit allocation.
• Annual subscriptions: billed once for the year, with Credits issued in 12 monthly allocations. A monthly-equivalent price is a comparison, not a monthly charge.
• Subscription Credits: each allocation expires at the end of its monthly allocation period and does not roll over, including on annual plans.
• Credit packs: a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Each pack has its own 365-day period starting on its payment date. Packs can be purchased repeatedly; buying another does not extend an older pack.

Credit spending uses the earliest-expiring Credits first and non-expiring gift Credits last. Subscription and pack Credits retain their own expiry dates. See your balance and transactions in Credits.

Renewal, cancellation and plan changes

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Use Cancel Renewal in Billing to stop the next renewal and remove any scheduled plan change. Before the paid term ends, Resume Auto-Renewal restores the current plan without an immediate charge or restoring canceled plan changes. After a subscription ends, subscribe again to start a new one. Use Payment Methods & Invoices in Billing to update payment details and view invoices in Stripe.

Canceling renewal does not request a cash refund. Your paid term remains available until its end. Annual plans continue their remaining monthly Credit allocations until the paid year ends.

A change to your subscription plan or billing interval starts at the next subscription renewal, with no charge on the day you schedule the change. You see the new price and effective date before confirming. For an annual subscription, this means the end of the paid year, not the next monthly Credit allocation. Buying an additional credit pack is a separate order.

Cash refunds

Request a cash refund by email within 14 days of payment. Unused paid-order Credits qualify for a full refund; partly used orders are refunded in proportion to their unused Credits. Annual orders count the whole year's Credits, including future allocations not yet issued. Fully used orders have no remaining refundable amount.

A successful refund closes that order's remaining Credits, benefits and future allocations. Refunding the current subscription term ends that subscription. Other orders and gift Credits are unaffected. Duplicate charges and non-delivery are reviewed separately, including outside the usual 14-day window. Your content and permission to process it

You retain your rights in the photos and other material you upload. You grant us permission to process, temporarily store, transmit to the service providers needed for your request, and transform that material solely to provide the generation, editing, download and History features you use. This permission does not allow unrelated advertising, publication or model training with your photos.

Only upload content you have the right to use, including any necessary permissions relating to identifiable people, brands and third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it.

Personal and commercial use

Free generations are for personal, non-commercial use only. Images generated with paid access may be used commercially, subject to the rights and permissions needed for the underlying content. Paying later does not turn an earlier free generation into a commercial one.

Commercial-use rights for images generated with paid access continue after your subscription or pack expires. This permission does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights. Our branding, interface and other original service materials remain ours.

Image storage

Uploaded originals are deleted within 24 hours for all users. Results are kept for 24 hours for free access or six months for paid access, based on your status when generation occurs and measured from completion. Expired results and their History entries are removed. Download results before they expire. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, harmful impersonation or non-consensual intimate content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate Credit balances, interfere with the service or distribute malicious code. AI providers may reject requests under their content rules; rejected generation attempts do not consume Credits.

We may restrict activity or suspend access when necessary to address abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. Service availability and generation time can vary. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
