A subscription gives you a new Credit allowance each month and renews until canceled. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, valid for 365 days, with no renewal. You can buy packs without a subscription, or add them alongside one.

Yes. You receive 1 free Credit for your first Standard or 1K generation without signing up or entering payment details. New accounts receive another one-time Credit after account verification; these gifts do not reset daily.

You pay the full yearly price at checkout. Starter includes 70 Credits per month (840 over the year); Pro includes 160 per month (1,920 over the year). Credits arrive in 12 monthly allocations, not all at once. The annual plan renews yearly unless you cancel renewal.

Each output image uses 1 Credit at Standard or 1K, 2 at 2K, or 3 at 4K. Combining 2–5 source images does not multiply the cost. 2K and 4K require both active paid access and enough Credits. Changing a prompt or browsing templates is free; generating another result uses Credits.

Subscription Credits expire at the end of their monthly allocation period and do not roll over, including on annual plans. Each credit pack expires 365 days after its own payment date. Buying another pack does not extend an older pack. One-time gift Credits do not expire.

Open View Credits in Billing to see your balance and transactions. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first; non-expiring gift Credits are used last. Subscription and pack Credits keep their own expiry dates.

Choose Change Plan in Billing, then select a different plan or billing interval. You will see the new price and effective date before confirming. The change starts at your next subscription renewal, with no charge today. For an annual plan, this is the end of the paid year, not the next monthly Credit allocation.

Open Billing and choose Cancel Renewal. This stops the next renewal and removes any scheduled plan change. Your paid term remains available; annual plans keep their remaining monthly allocations until the paid year ends. Before the term ends, choose Resume Auto-Renewal to keep your current plan. Canceling renewal does not request a cash refund.

Email Support within 14 days of payment with your purchase email and order or invoice number. Unused order Credits qualify for a full refund. We review each request before processing it; there is no automatic customer refund button. Read the full Refund Policy for calculations and what changes after a refund.

The refund is proportional to the unused Credits in that order. For example, using 20% leaves 80% of the amount paid refundable. Annual orders count the entire year’s Credits, including future allocations not yet issued. Fully used orders have no remaining refundable amount. The same 14-day request window applies.

The refunded order’s remaining Credits and paid benefits end, and its future allocations stop. Refunding the current subscription term ends that subscription. Credits from other orders and gift Credits are unaffected.

Email Support with your purchase email and the affected order or invoice numbers. We review duplicate charges and non-delivery separately, including requests outside the usual 14-day window. Do not pay again just because a payment is still processing.

Failed or rejected generations return Credits, not cash. A successfully generated image still uses Credits even if you dislike the result.

Open Billing, then Payment Methods & Invoices to update payment details and view invoices in Stripe. Cancel or resume automatic renewal directly in Billing. Checkout displays the payment methods available for your location and device.

Free generations are for personal, non-commercial use only. Images generated with paid access may be used commercially. You still need the necessary rights and permissions for any uploaded photos, identifiable people, brands, or third-party content.

Images generated with paid access keep their commercial-use rights after your subscription or pack expires. Free generations do not become commercial just because you pay later.

Uploaded originals are deleted within 24 hours of upload for all users. Generated results are kept for 24 hours for free users, or six months if you have paid access when the image is generated, starting when generation completes. Once a result expires, both the image and its History entry are removed. Download any images you want to keep before they expire.

No. We do not add our watermark to free or paid results, and downloading an available generated image does not cost extra Credits. This refers to our website’s watermark, not logos or text already present in your source images or generated by the model.
