Learn how AI Image Combiner handles uploaded photos, generated images, account information and payment data, including storage and deletion.

Information we process
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image if provided, and authentication information needed to sign you in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the account information needed for that sign-in.
- Images and generation requests: uploaded photos, prompts, selected settings, generated results and History records needed to provide the image tools.
- Credits and payments: your Credit balance, usage, orders, subscription status, invoices and refund records. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive your full card number or security code.
- Support messages: the contact details, order references and information you send us when requesting help.
- Technical information: session and guest identifiers, browser and request information, and error records used to operate the service and prevent abuse.
How your photos are used
We process your uploads and prompts to fulfill your generation and editing requests, display your results and provide your History. Our AI service providers process the images and prompts needed to fulfill those requests.
Your uploads and results are encrypted and private, with access restricted to you apart from the automated processing needed to generate your images. We do not view your photos or use them to train AI models. Uploading a photo does not give us permission to publish it or use it in our advertising.
How long images are kept

The storage period for a result is based on your paid-access status when that image is generated. Paying later does not extend the storage period of an earlier free result. Subscription or credit-pack expiry does not reset a result's original storage period.
When a result expires, both the image and its History entry are removed. Download any images you want to keep before they expire. Copies you download to your device are under your control.
These image-storage periods do not describe every account record. Account, Credit, transaction and support records may need to be retained for account operation, billing, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Browser drafts are stored on your device as described in our Cookie Policy.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting and storage, AI processing, authentication, email delivery and payments. They receive the information needed for their part of the service. For example, an AI provider processes generation inputs, while Stripe processes a payment. These services may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices and requests
You can update your name and avatar in Profile, manage your subscription in Billing, and find account-deletion controls in Security. You must sign in to use these account pages.
For questions about your information or requests for access, correction or deletion, email support@ai-image-combiner.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to your account. Do not send your password, card security code or full card number.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are different actions. Before deleting an account with an active subscription, manage its renewal in Billing. For a cash refund, follow the Refund Policy.

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes. Contact us if you have questions about a change or how it applies to your information.
