Refund Policy

Request a refund within 14 days: unused paid Credits are fully refundable; partially used orders are prorated. See eligibility and how to contact support.

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

This policy applies to paid subscriptions, subscription renewals and one-time credit packs purchased from AI Image Combiner. Cash refunds are requested by email and reviewed before processing.

How to request a refund

Email support@ai-image-combiner.com within 14 days of the payment you want reviewed. Include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The affected order or invoice number, and payment date if available.
  • A short explanation of the request, including whether it concerns a duplicate charge or missing delivery.

You can find available invoices through Payment Methods & Invoices in Billing. Do not send passwords, a full card number or a card security code. There is no self-service cash refund button; we check the order and its usage before processing a refund.

What can be refunded

Order usageRefund within the 14-day request window
None of the order's paid Credits usedFull amount paid for that order
Some of the order's paid Credits usedAmount paid multiplied by the unused proportion of that order's Credits
All of the order's paid Credits usedNo remaining refundable amount

The calculation is per paid order, not based on your combined account balance. A subscription renewal is a new payment with its own 14-day window. Free and gift Credits have no cash value and are not included in the paid-order calculation.

If you have used some Credits

Refund amount = amount actually paid for the order × (order Credits not used ÷ total order Credits).

For example, if you used 20% of the Credits belonging to an order, 80% of its actual payment is refundable within the request window. Discounts are reflected in the amount actually paid, and the final refund is rounded to the currency's smallest unit.

Successful generations count as usage, including results you do not like. Failed or rejected generations whose Credits have been returned do not count as consumed Credits. Generations still processing and outstanding Credit returns must finish before we can finalize the amount. Further usage from the order can change that amount.

How annual subscriptions are calculated

An annual order includes all 12 monthly Credit allocations, including those not yet issued. We calculate usage against the entire year's Credit entitlement, not just the current month's balance and not the number of days remaining.

For example, an annual order with 840 total Credits and 42 consumed Credits has 95% unused. Within 14 days of that annual payment, 95% of the amount paid is refundable. Monthly Credit issuance does not restart the 14-day window; a new annual renewal payment does.

What happens after a successful refund

  • The refunded order's remaining Credits and paid benefits end.
  • Future Credit allocations from that order stop.
  • Refunding the current subscription term ends that subscription and its future renewal.
  • Credits and valid benefits from other orders, and gift Credits, are unaffected.

A partial cash refund for a partly used order still closes the rest of that order. It does not leave its unused Credits available to spend. Access after the refund depends on any other valid paid orders you hold.

Canceling renewal is different

Canceling renewal stops the next subscription charge. It does not automatically refund the current payment or immediately end the paid term. Annual plans continue their remaining monthly allocations until the paid year ends.

Manage renewal in Billing. If a plan change is scheduled, Cancel Renewal also removes that scheduled change. To request money back, email support under this policy.

Failed generations return Credits

Failed or rejected generations automatically return any Credits charged for the failed attempt. This is a Credit adjustment, not a cash refund to your payment method. You can check the balance and transactions in Credits.

Duplicate charges or missing delivery

Contact support with the affected order or invoice references if you were charged twice or paid but did not receive the purchased Credits or access. We review these cases separately, including outside the standard 14-day window. Do not pay again just because a payment is still processing.

Where the money goes

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Issuing a refund and seeing it in your account are separate steps; availability depends on the payment method and your bank. We do not promise an instant arrival. If the refund fails or you cannot find it, contact support with the original order reference so we can check its status. See Stripe's refund guidance for payment-method handling.
